to replace the front and rear doors.
He will be sending us an itemized quote with a brochure of the products they're proposing to use.
They are the company that did the original shutters on the house 10 years ago.

Good Day Rich,
I have been thinking this over and would would like your input. In the past when I traveled to owners properties I was always
allowed to travel home on Fridays and return on Monday to the projects. With the amount of work just alone at LSJ it doesn't
make sense for me to loose Friday and Monday to travel to go home. In the past other principals would pay for Joyce and my
first wife to travel to me when I didn't go home so I could stay focused on the project.
My proposal below will cost less in the end and allow me to be more productive:
1. Mr. Epstein pay for:
1. Joyce to travel to me (air). This way I can be more productive
2. For hotels and food on weekend - LS1 is a bit to solitary for me on weekends - its bad enough during the week.
1. If I stay at a hotel for the weekend without Joyce here am I expected to still pay half the hotel cost?
Another solution to the bigger picture to think about
1. Have Joyce travel with me to all properties as a couple - she would quit real-estate/sell her business
2. Joyce would work under me. Joyce is very attentive to detail/masters in fine art
3. Joyce would help with fine tuning the inside of the houses to take to 5-star level
1. showing cleaners how to clean throughly and be efficient
2. showing cleaners how to properly fold fitted sheets, organizing closets and clothes on hangers
3. helping organize the inside and filing of household manual (especially at LSJ mechanical room... its a
disaster)
4. making beds correctly - bed and pillows always looking crisp
S. great at touching up and matching paint for repairs - the artist in her
6. showing others when dusting to always put items back in same spot - I noticed that items rotate during
dusting/cleaning
